” Blessed Marie Rivier is my idol in life! Since she was a child she loved Mama Mary very much. She was a friend of the Blessed Virgin. Marie Rivier is my model because like Mama Mary she responded to the will of God. Her good deeds, her prayers and her love and compassion to people especially to children have touched me and I would like to be like her. I also want to imitate her life with God. <\/span><\/p>\n Mama Mary was also a great help for my family through her intercession. Mama Mary prayed for us and looked after us. I pray the holy rosary every night and go to church every Sunday. I wish to be a kind child and I know I will, because Mother Rivier assures me of God\u2019s providence. She inspires me, directs my way, and intercedes for all my desires in life.<\/span><\/p>\n I knew Marie Rivier when I joined the MRA in December 2019. I have read some of her quoted words or messages posted on the bulletin boards at the Rivier Retreat House in Catalunan Grande. Upon reading her life’s story, I am inspired by her example which had helped me to become more persevering. I gain more confidence, trust, faith, and love to God, especially as a mother, wife, and grandmother.
