It is with joy and gratitude that on May 31st, eight ladies from Quebec renewed their commitment as consecrated laywomen in the small chapel of Notre-Dame-du-Lac in Mont-Saint-Hilaire.

During the morning, the presence of Mother Marie-des-Anges allowed for a privileged meeting with the group.

Preceded by the rosary and a time of adoration, it is during Vespers and in front of Mother Marie-des-Anges, the superior general, Sister Angèle Dion, provincial superior, and Sister Francine Babin, accompanying and provincial advisor, that each one renews the vow of chastity for one year.

The day ends in joy and fraternity with a festive meal with the community.

Happy and grateful, each one departs to her environment, filled with a new breath, her heart open to welcome and respond to the needs of the people met along their path.
